Noriaki Sugiyama (杉山 紀彰; born March 9, 1974 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor.
He's known for voicing: Sasuke Uchiha in Naruto, Shirō Emiya in Fate/stay night and Uryū Ishida in Bleach.
